Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities:
Approach consumers to troubleshoot issues our products and services provided Provide exceptional customer service by establishing a personalized relationship with every consumer Assist in customer scheduling for products through initial contact and lifetime partnership by educating them on what to expect with services Attend daily meetings pertaining to our clients to increase overall productivity and sales success by developing customer service skills Input and customer account information accurately into our POS system Report directly to senior management regarding customer complaints, questions, or quality issues so we can make improvements immediately Customer Support Representative
Qualifications:
