Responsibilities:
Process invoices, verify expenses, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.
Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
Provide support to the accounting team with various tasks as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Must have manufacturing experience - Must pay high attention to detail - Must have experience entering accurate accounts payable invoices - Must have experience maintaining financial statements - Must have bookkeeping experience - Pay range $20-$30/hr depending on experience Job Type:
