Summary:
We are looking for an energic, enthusiastic team member who is hungry to learn and willing to grow with the dynamic global brand Franchise! This role will be reporting to the CEO Franchisee Owner.
This role supports the HR administration and Recruitment coordination, including assistance with recruiting, hiring, on/off-boarding, talent management, employee file management, scheduling, and general HR support.
Along with The General Administrative Assistant is to manage administrative and other duties assigned, such as organizing records which may be physical documents or digital copies that are stored in a database, making copies, cleaning ups, maintaining office supplies and pantries.
And take on other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Processes employment background/requests and MVR reports Perform clerical duties, virtual employee records, and organizational records by scanning and filing, copying, faxing, and mailing Update employee information in PULSE Organize and tidy office and workspace Receive and redirect customer and employee complaints to corresponding departments Perform secretarial duties, such as taking notes, managing schedules Assist HR department, and Recruiting Response to HR-related questions from employees assists with resolutions or escalates problems as necessary.
Supports the HR team as needed to complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Supports recruitment by posting positions online, screening resumes, conducting prescreen phone/video interviews, and scheduling follow-up interviews with General managers and recruiting teams.
Onboards new hires, including pre-hire and first-day paperwork, first-day schedule coordination with the manager, computer setup coordination with IT, and conducts first-day HR orientation presentation.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
Performs general administrative duties, including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as needed.
Provides support for recruiting record-keeping requirements and other activities as requested.
Applies our values in decision-making and interactions with all individuals.

Qualifications:
Team-oriented, capable of working effectively with department members, employees, and customers.
Ability to effectively respond to verbal communications or phone calls.
Properly and effectively respond to the employee, customer questions, and/or complaints in a timely manner.
Appropriate and professional verbal and written communication.
Requirements:
High school diploma or higher education 1 years ADMIN experience preferred but not required Bilingual (Required) Must be 18 years of age and or older Authorized to work in the US (Required) Work Hours & Schedule :

This position requires computer literacy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Training will be provided for specific tasks related to recruitment processes.
